SPICED POPCORN

Easy spiced popcorn

Najo spiced popcorn

INGREDIENTS


1/2 c or 8 tbs popcorn.

2 tbs of any Najo spice blends.

2 tbs granulated sugar.

4 Tbls vegetable oil.


DIRECTIONS

.

  • Set a large bowl on the counter to pour your popped corn into.
  • Take a large heavy-bottomed pot (with a lid) 
  • Add oil and 3 kernels of popcorn. 
  • Cover and heat over medium-high heat until you hear all 3 kernels pop.
  • Add the rest of your popcorn and stir to coat the kernels. 
  • Add sugar directly over the popcorn And stir. 
  • Cover and wait until popcorn begins to pop steadily.
  • Once it starts to pop shake the pan continuously, pausing occasionally to listen for breaks in popping. 
  • Once there is 5 second break between pops, pull from heat. 

              and be ready with the seasoning, remove the lid and quickly sprinkle the             

              seasoning over the popcorn while stirring with a spoon to coat evenly.    

              Put the lid back on and shake the whole pan until all the seasoning has       

              coated the corn.

              Transfer popcorn to your bowl and enjoy.
